Attorney Adam Maiocco obtained a dismissal of an investigation by the Department of Public Health

On July 11, 2022, Attorney Adam Maiocco obtained a dismissal of an investigation by the Department of Public Health that was brought against his client, a family medicine physician.  Attorney Maiocco was able to demonstrate that each one of the numerous allegations made by the patient were factually and/or medically incorrect.
